★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio, no se confien de los horarios que vienen en la pagina, abren cuando quieren y a la hora que quieren, te dan una nota con numeros telefonicos en los que nadie contesta... ni en el numero de la pagina, ni en ninguno de los otros... te comentan que te llamaran cuando este lista tu bici... nunca pasa... es horrible como juegan con el tiempo de uno.... sinceramente no se los recomiendo, igual y tiene suerte de encontrar abierto para traerla pero si quieren recogerla.... quien sabe cuando vuelvan a coincidir.... yo solo quiero mi bici...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, si pudiera darle cero estrellas se las daría, llevé mi bicicleta 4 días atrás, me cobró $300 más de lo acordado por una pieza y mi bicicleta no quedó, sigue presentando problemas, su mecánico dice que "sólo sabe de bicicletas de gama alta de esas que casi nadie trae", debería poner un anuncio en su local que sólo sabe reparar cierto tipo de bicicletas y listo!! sabrá mucho, entrenará a muchas personas y lo que sea pero el trato al cliente fue malísimo, esperé a que fuera por sus tacos de canasta para poder ser atendido. Siempre que acordaba la entrega de la bicicleta, nunca estaba, sólo me hizo perder tiempo y dinero ya que ni limpiar la bicicleta de grasa pudo, la recibí super sucia.

El personal está capacitado para para aplicar bike fit y prueba de ftp para que tu bici quede perfecta a ti y conozcas tu nivel de entrenamiento.
Si estás interesado en adentrarte en el deporte, puedes unirte a sus entrenamientos diarios y las salidas fuera los fines de semana.
Aquí encontré lo necesario para una carrera: geles, jersey y placas para zapatillas a buen precio.
