â â â â â Booked us into gran paraiso in riviera maya. Was supposed to receive 800.00 in hotel credits to use. But this is a lie. What you get are discount coupons to be used for very specific services and you must spend 2 to 3 times the amount in order to use a coupon. The hotel credit is a scam.
