★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little small when there's too much buses at the same hour, the service sometimes takes time when buying or changing a ticket. They need to open the other desks when there's too much people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always clean when I go I like to purchase my tickets to this prior I visit the place where I'm going to go and I must say that the restrooms are spectacular Queen something I don't like is that it's six pesos to use!
Other than that they always leave on time and it's just an amazing place to take the bus to go to Mexico City for instance or Toluca, Mexico.
