Nos hicieron esperar durante horas, pero no trajeron un carro nuevo. Cuando les dijimos que vinieran a buscarnos y que nos gustarĂa traer el carro un poco mĂĄs tarde, no pudimos. Finalmente tuvimos suficiente de ese carro malo y de la molestia de que lo devolvimos horas antes. No recuperamos la cantidad que pagamos por esas horas. ConclusiĂłn: ÂĄcompañĂa mala y poco confiable!
Wij huurden via Casa Azul Maya een golfkar bij Gomar 3. De golfkar stuurde niet goed. Tot drie keer toe hebben ze ons beloofd de kar om te ruilen en werd er een tijd afgesproken. Ze hebben ons uren laten wachten, maar geen nieuwe kar gebracht. Toen we zeiden dat ze de ons maar tegemoet moesten komen en dat we de kar dan wat later terug wilden brengen, kon dat niet.
Uiteindelijk hadden we zo genoeg van die slechte kar en de ergernis, dat we hem uren eerder hebben teruggebracht. Het door ons betaalde bedrag voor die uren kregen we niet terug. Conclusie: slecht en onbetrouwbaar bedrijf!

We rented a golf cart at Gomar 3 through Casa Azul Maya. The golf cart did not steer well. Up to three times they promised us to exchange the cart and a time was agreed. They kept us waiting for hours, but did not bring a new cart. When we told them to come and meet us and that we would like to bring the cart back a little later, we couldn't.
We finally had enough of that bad cart and the annoyance that we returned it hours early. We did not get the amount we paid for those hours back. Conclusion: bad and unreliable company!
