★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation through ultra mar on the way to isla. This place is so hard to find, and the food carts like most are in horrible condition it was even worse trying to return the car because of all the once way streets and closures and traffic. We normally rent from another place but this seem a bit better, but was more of a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a golf cart for the day but got a lemon. Barely hit 15 mph. But it did get me and my wife around Isla Mujeres. The service was great and everyone at Gomar were very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a Gomat II cart, but the location was a block down Ave. Juarez. No issues, but perhaps that was because my wife speaks Spanish. Price was $18 usd for one hour and our kart was faster then most others. I had fun driving in the chaos. It took us an extra five minutes to return with all of the one way streets, but it wasn't too bad. I also thought the prices from the vendor across the street were very reasonable. We bought a pair of "Ray-Bans", magnet, and two bracelets for $7 usd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust the sales people for this company. At the dock for UltraMar a gentleman represent themselves as a employee of the company offering golf carts for $60. Then we got on the ultramar boat and another person represent themselves as an employee of the company for $50 per golf cart. Unethical. Don't suggest using either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GOMAR-II has good quality golf carts to rent, and they gave us what we expected. You only need your normal driver’s license to use the golf carts. It would be better if there was better access to the store, as roads are either one way, or you can’t turn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a cart via an Ultramar ferry rep for$50 for the day. It was a reasonable price but the cart had some mechanical issues. However, I believe this company gave out my personal info (name and resort info) to a con artist who claims to know you from your resort then takes you to his "families business" just down the street. It is another racket that exploits trusting tourists and is totally unethical. See complaints on trip advisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golf carts were in poor condition. Only there 6 days. Two carts they gave me broke down. First time they sent a new one quickly. On the Second break down I kept calling them and could not get any help. Tried 4 times, GoMar kept hanging up. Finally called the agency I had booked through a got the third cart. It ran long enough to return the cart. Will not use them again.
