Great company. Amazing group of guys! Talk about last minute setup, after hours exceptions and more. This was a last minute trip for us and Goodbikes only came through during an extremely high season everything was almost booked for New Years Eve. If you want to shop around sure you may find cheaper prices BUT it was high season so we expected to pay more. Being on an ATV was The best thing we did. Yes we got stuck in traffic but ur not in a box. Ur surrounded by ppl when you’re on the strip. And rocky roads? We were happy to see one because it meant more fun. Payments can be online or cash. We did both. The guys went above and beyond for us. We love goodbikes only. Definitely renting from them again. Thank you to Gabriel, omar and the rest of the crew who made our trip sooo much fun! We smiled every time we hopped on that ATV! We saved so much money being on an ATV rather than taking taxies everywhere. P.S. Please don’t go to tulum trying to save money, don’t be stingy, most of us tip in our hope country 5-10$ and not think about it. Be generous, Mexicans are amazing hosts and they’re here for you to help you in any situation. Drive responsibly and wear your helmet and you’ll be set! Cheers

Had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was amazing and the price/quality of the bikes were unmatched. I used a regular bike one day and a scooter the next day. Definitely recommend using bikes/scooters while vacationing in Tulum

Excellent service! All the staff, specially Mauricio, are very kind and supportive. Once I had a problem with the battery (I forgot to turn off the lights) they came IMMEDIATELY to help us start the scooter and always with a smile!

Thank you Good Bikes Only! They are so professional and all their ATVs and scooters are in such good and new condition. Their service is amazing and very attentive. They would stay up late for you to deliver to you! Omar is amazing and super friendly. I would only use Good Bikes when I visit Tulum again. The 250cc ATV is so fun, is a beast!
