some NEWBIES that don't know how to handle bikes professionally at the first day because he was using a hammer banging on a screw that woun't come off (by the way he could of used wd 40 but no he had to do it in a whreckless way) and at the end they bended the axes and unscrewing stuff without being told to plus some of them even ignore you and they make you wait if you ask them questions about the accessories worst experience ever.
