Las gorditas son deliciosas, especialmente cuando te las dan calientitas (la de 3 quesos es espectacular).
Desafortunadamente, tienen una PÉSIMA organización, se ve que es un negocio que está en crecimiento y no tienen estructura.
El personal es muy amable pero,ante la presión, se estresan y eso se refleja (como cuando les preguntas por tu pedido que ya tiene más de una hora, se frustran porque aunque están muy atareados, no es suficiente y contestan mal).
Ojalá que mejoren porque sí son muy ricas pero definitivamente, no hago un camino en auto de media hora para esperar más de una hora y media y que al final unas estén perfectas y otras frías.
El precio está muy bien, parecen pequeñas pero con 2 quedas satisfecho.
Si quieren ir a probar, lleven mucha paciencia y no tanta hambre que de seguro con la espera, les va a dar más.
I had high expectations of this place.
The gorditas are delicious, especially when they are given to you warm (the 3 cheese one is spectacular).
Unfortunately, they have a lousy organization, it is seen that it is a business that is growing and they have no structure.
The staff is very friendly but, under pressure, they get stressed and that is reflected (like when you ask them about your order that is already over an hour old, they get frustrated because although they are very busy, it is not enough and they answer badly).
Hopefully they improve because they are very tasty but definitely, I do not take a half hour drive to wait more than an hour and a half and that in the end some are perfect and others cold.
The price is very good, they seem small but with 2 you are satisfied.
If you want to go to try, be very patient and not so hungry that surely with the wait, it will give you more.
