★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estas si están buenas, son crujientes, nunca duras, la salsa roja es una delicia, y el mixiote es una bomba de sabor con la hoja de aguacate, 100% carne nada de soya como en la mayoría de puestos de este tipo.
These are good, they are crispy, never hard, red sauce is a delight, and the mixiote is a pump of flavor with the avocado leaf, 100% meat no soy as in most posts of this type.

Recomiendo la clásica gordita con mixiote. El mixiote es sustancioso y al menos en mi visita no tenía pellejo, era pura maciza, las salsas riquísimas y las cebollas igual. Un gran punto a favor es el grosor de la masa, pues es delgada y no se hace pesada a la hora de comerla.
También puedes comprar mixiote por Kg, comprar tus gorditas y prepararlas en casa.
Cuidan mucho el punto de las medidas sanitarias.

Very tasty, they lack a bit of speed in the service, but the flavor is delicious.
I recommend the classic gordita con mixiote. The mixiote is substantial and at least on my visit it had no skin, it was pure solid, the sauces delicious and the onions the same. A great point in favor is the thickness of the dough, as it is thin and does not become heavy when eating it.
You can also buy mixiote by the kg, buy your gorditas and prepare them at home.
They take great care of the point of sanitary measures.
