Wow, what a great place to go and relax and enjoy a tropical get a way. Whether your going where to unwind or go some serious shopping on the really great deals,you are not going to be dissatisfied. We found some good deals on everything we wanted,and had a ass load of fun doing it.

Be Aware! We rented two E-Bikes in order to travel around Cozumel (60 km). The salesman said it wouldn't be a problem and the battery would be fine if we would not drive high speed all the time. So we said ok, let's do this. One bike costs 30 Dollars, which is quite expensive for Mexican standards, but ok. What made it even more expensive was the very very bad exchange course they offered. Usually you get 1 Dollar for 18 Pesos in Feb 2019 but they gave us 1 Dollar for 21 Pesos. We asked why it is so expensive and the guy pretended to call his boss whom he could't reach and blamed the boss for this rate. He could not decide about the price. As the bikes seemed to be ok and we didn't want to spend more time with searching for an alternative we gave in and accepted the bad course. We finally didn't manage to do the whole tour around the island as the shop already closes at !5 pm! and we turned back to the city after 20 km. All would have been ok, if the battery of my bike wouldn't have stopped working after 35 km. We didn't drive high speed at all so my bike should have been fine. As only 5km were left to drive we decided not to call the shop and drive back without any battery which is a mess! At the shop I complained about the low battery and the wrong promises that were made but they ignored me and didn't apologize or sth. I was quite angry and even returned one more time in order to ask for the boss and talk again about the very unfair exchange rate but again nobody wanted to listen to me. I told them that I would write this bad feedback so here it is. Thanks for this very poor service experience.

Hector was my fiance's and I tour guide for the e-bike tour. The amount of knowledge this man has regarding Cozumel amazed us! I would highly recommend this tour if you want to try something different and active. Oh! & the Tequila taste testing was a bonus;) Cheers, Mich & Shawn - From Canada

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a GREAT day with Alberto. We rode through town, stopped at an underground river/spring fed pool for a short swim then went for our snorkel tour at Sky Reef. This location was awesome for sea life and coral. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us safe at all times. The facilities at Sky Reef were great (not big but it was perfect for our group). The whole family loved the electric bikes and they were easy and fun to use. On the way back, we stopped for a quick tour of a Mayan garden. We opted out of the Tequila tour and took a little extra time seeing the sites. I would recommend this tour for visitors or cruisers. Just know which cruise port you are docking at. They are located about 3 miles from the international pier in Punta Lagunta shopping center. $8 taxi ride will get you there from International Pier. Loved it!!

Rented a scooter here. The owner's an amazing person. Helped me with a lot of information about the island, and was super friendly. Also the prices are pretty good

We did the West coast snorkel tour. I highly recommend this tour. The guides took us to places we wouldn't know about - like a cenote and explained interesting facts about the island. The guides are so nice. Super interesting and fun tour for couples or families.

Seems like this business might be gone or needs to update their info on Google because we called and went to the location shown on Google Maps and could not contact them. Ended up going to another place a few blocks away that has accurate info on Google, I think it was called Best Bikes Cozumel — owner is Phillip.

Great bikes and tour guide. Very concerned for our safety. THe bikes where just two months old and had throttles if needed. Nice boost for getting started. THGe Sky Reef Beach Club was a great stop no matter your experience level for snorkling.
