If they cannot maintain their tanks, how well do they maintain their compressor and filters? These pictures are from 10/01/21. Every tank onboard was out of VIP and some were even out of hydro.... BTW, the gear they provide for cruise passengers and walk-up rental are non weight integrated BCDs, unbalanced regulators, and Walmart quality fins...

Was a great experience we weren't hassled at all just a fun exerperience. We did the Snuba tour, and Julio was great. We had some members in our group who were nervous and he did a great job helping them feel comfortable. In the end everyone had a good time and wants to go again.

They deserve 10 stars, I booked threw carnival cruise line and it was such an amazing experience, De De and Julio took us snuba diving and they were so awesome!!! While underwater they pointed out things like puffer fish, and other unique fish too. The price is great, the people are great, they have a restaurant and really good drinks as well. I'm so thankful I bought the execution, I can honestly say it tops anything I've ever done before!!!

The dive experience was amazing, and easy for a first timer! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and Rafael was a great guide. I felt safe and well prepared, and saw a lot as I swam with the fish and explored the sea floor.

What a great experience for our first time! Our guide Julio made sure we were safe and comfortable to do our Snuba. I was terrified of doing something wrong, but Julio made sure if we needed assistance it would be easy to let him know. And I did the best out of four of us! Best experience ever!! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Our family booked a Snuba excursion with Sand Dollar Sports through Carnival. I recommend this tour for a few reasons, it was great for a beginner/intro scuba diving. The water was cool and beautiful, our guide Isaac was friendly and professional and checked on us consistently throughout the experience. The price was reasonable for the experience as well.

If there were six stars, I'd give it to them. Want to learn how to scuba, do some snorkeling, or just eat and drink, this place is the best. The entire Team will make you feel so welcomed. This is the only dive shop in Cozumel that I would trust with my life and my wife's. Wonderful, friendly, hardworking people. Did I mention the food and drink are great. Have a beef nacho and margarita and enjoy the beautiful views.

This was my first dive outside of the United States and it was a good amount of fun. The tour guide did a great job making sure that everyone in my dive group was properly weighted and had functioning equipment. Originally the tank I had was leaking and they were very quick to notice it and swap me out for a better tank. The only drawback was that the reef was being restored so there was not a whole lot to look at, but that is not something they have control over. They were able to provide an exceptional job over the things that they did have control over and that is what matters. I dove in November so my memory isn't the best right now but I think my guide's name was Memo and he was great. He did a fantastic job at spotting any marine life and pointing it out to us and gave us time to view the animals. All the staff did a great job and I have no complaints with them. I just wish I would have booked this on my own so I could have more dives instead of the one I got with the cruise.
