Es imposible que aún después de tres meses no te entreguen las fotos, te cancelan las citas para recolección el mismo día por "falta de material". Deben de tener la capacidad resolutiva para suplir la demanda de sus cliente. No lo recomiendo. Total irresponsibility. Además, no entregan los cuadros con el enmarcado pagado y tampoco las regalías poniendo todo tipo de excusas. No lo recomiendo, piensen 2 veces antes de pagarle a esta empresa por un recuerdo de su graduación It is the worst package service, they give you a date and time for the delivery of your paintings and when you go it turns out that they still do not have it ready. In addition, they do not deliver the paintings with the framing paid and neither do the royalties making all kinds of excuses. I do not recommend it, think 2 times before paying this company for a souvenir of your graduation

Pero pregunté por mi anillo después de los 30 días , tardaron 3 días para contestar y decir que no estaba listo, nunca se pudo hacer porque no daba una imagen en el diseño del anillo pero jamás me informaron, luego me pidieron opciones, mandé más y pedí que me dijeran cuál funcionaba con el tamaño de mi anillo, cosa que jamás hicieron, luego un día me dijeron que estaba listo, lo fuí a ver en persona y no estaba nada bonito, ni como lo pedí, por lo que lo regresaron y me dijeron que en una semana ya estaría mejor, con cambios, de nuevo pasó la semana , pregunté y siempre me dicen que el gerente no les informa de cómo va el anillo. Han pasado casi 3 meses y aún no lo tengo, aún cuando pagué el 70% desde el inicio. Estoy decepcionada.
