â â â â â Son unas casas muy bonitas; pero fueron construidas con material de muy baja calidad sus paredes tienen demasiadas fisuras se reportan sus desperfectos; mandan a sus albañiles a repararlas y a los pocos meses vuelven a surgir esas mismas fisuras
They are very nice houses; but they were built with very low quality material their walls have too many cracks their damages are reported; they send their masons to repair them and after a few months those same cracks appear again

â â â â â Excelente, las vistas de la avenida de GSF Norte son divinas :), hay muchos puntos bonitos para ir a dar una caminata, es jn lugar tranquilo y hay estacionamiento gratuito cerca de la oficina de ventas, muchos senderos y vegetaciĂłn agradable a la vista, hay puentes, espejos de agua, elementos arquitectĂłnicos y cambios de textura tanto en piso como en muros, me encanta Ă©ste lugar.
Excellent, the views of GSF North Avenue are divine :), there are many nice points to go for a walk, it is a quiet place and there is free parking near the sales office, many trails and nice vegetation in sight, There are bridges, water mirrors, architectural elements and texture changes in both floor and walls, I love this place.

â â â â â No hay alumbrado pĂșblico en la av 70 (arco vial) parecia un lindo lugar pero falta alumbrado en esa av. Tan transitada peligroso para motociclistas y conductores lĂĄstima que CFE y ayuntamiento hagan caso omiso de los reportes.
There is no public lighting on av 70 (road arch) it seemed like a nice place but there is no lighting on that av. So busy dangerous for motorcyclists and drivers too bad that CFE and city hall ignore the reports.
