★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima por el precio que cobran, el servicio tan decadente y falta de comunicación que presentan, llegue a las 8:00 am las de recepción hasta que terminaron de desayunar me atendieron, a las 11 am me ingresaron y canalizaron, en un area llamada de corta instancia la cual no es así ya que hasta las 1:30 am me pasaron a mi cuarto, cabe resaltar que el personal es bueno, pero la Fanta de comunicación y el conflicto de interés dentro del mismo hace que el servicio sea pésimo, estuve solo 2 días y la cuenta se elevó a 31 k lo cual por lo que hacen no vale la pena, definitivamente jamás regresare ahí, si pueden evitar el hospital háganlo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hospital caro para las instalaciones que tiene, son austeras, el mobiliario deteriorado, no tiene A/C pero en fin. Los camilleros y grupo de enfermeros @ muy amables. Los que son bastante groseros, déspotas y con un espíritu dd servicio la Sra. Guadalupe y una persona creo que se llama Ali de Relaciones Públicas, no se dan cuenta que gracias a los pacientes tienen trabajo. NO LO RECOMIENDO , PÉSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo perfecto, excelente atención todos muy amables y al pendiente al 100%. Lo único que no me agrado fue la preparación de un enfermero muy malo para canalizar. Sin embargo pidió ayuda y la verdad todos bien atentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, pésimos doctores, pésima comida, y lo peor es que nunca nos dieron un diagnóstico real. Según, hay un doctor de renombre y que hasta salen en programas de televisión, pero es muy arrogante y no nos brindó una atención adecuada. Solamente buscó la manera de cobrar sus honorarios y que la aseguradora lo aceptará. Hay enferme@s que no tienen experiencia, la administración no da los reportes a tiempo.
Nunca lo recomendaría ni volvería a asistir.
Terrible service and attention, terrible doctors, terrible food, and the worst thing is that they never gave us a real diagnosis. According to them, there is a renowned doctor who even appears on television shows, but he is very arrogant and did not give us adequate care. He only looked for a way to collect his fees and that the insurer will accept it. There are nurses who do not have experience, the administration does not give the reports on time.
I would never recommend or attend again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de todo el personal. Enfermeros y camilleros siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una buena actitud. Instalaciones limpias y agradables. Es un hospital bien equipado. La habitación un poco pequeña pero muy tranquila para poder descansar después de cirugía. Recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent attention from all the staff. Nurses and orderlies always attentive and ready to help with a good attitude. Clean and nice facilities. It is a well equipped hospital. The room a bit small but very quiet to be able to rest after surgery. I highly recommend.
