★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was exceptional, rooms were always clean, customer service was a 10/10. Views were fantastic. Food was great and fresh. Loved the breakfast and it had lots of options. You get treated so so well. Totally recommend! Will be back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great resort at a great price. Pure luxury at its best. The staff is great and the suites are very spacious. The rooms have kitchens in them with a large glass shower and toilet room. It doesn’t offer any privacy but if you’re there with someone you care about then you have nothing to hide. The beds are very comfortable. The driveway up is long and very steep. The view is amazing of the city at any level. The pool is in the shade part of the day. We highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and fun staff willing to help at all times. Beautiful views by most rooms and plenty of pool locations. Would most definitely stay again. Not really a place for kids but did see a few. Elegant. Great views of whales in March and the food was classy. Not a huge menu but doesn’t matter when they do what they have well. Grand ever changing buffet breakfast! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular views. The staff were all very friendly, some were funny too, but all were professional and helpful at all times. Our room (609) was spacious and clean, and had an unobstructed panoramic view. There are too many things to list in this small space, so I'll just say that we will definitely be back here again. It's up on a hill so going down to the main road by foot isn't bad but you'll definitely need a ride back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our extended family visited to attend a wedding and reception on site. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items and everything was delicious. We had 3 dinners there that were just okay. The views are breathtaking! Be advised that the hotel is in a remote location on the top of a mountain. There was no shuttle or a safe way to hike down to the town. To eat, or do any activities in Puerto Vallarta, you will have to pay for a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely property — everything (the rooms, the grounds, food, staff) is top notch. The views are amazing and the property is quiet and focused on providing and preserving a relaxing time/experience.
We are staying (yes, still here) in ocean view suite and everything is above and beyond. The suite is spacious and has beautiful, wooden furniture - love the day bed and the feeling and the look of floor tiles. Breakfast is yummy and fresh and the pool area is never busy. We’ve had dinner in Eugenia (rooftop restaurant) twice - the tacos + martinis with warm citrus salad while enjoying the sunset… we definitely found “our” place in Puerto Vallarta and can not wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a night at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. We ended up having more people than originally planned and the guy on the reception helped us find the best room options, they took our bags to the room, called a taxi whenever we needed to leave. Everyone we talked to spoke English, so it was easy for us to communicate. Room was very clean and we had the best view from the balcony. They have several pools to chose from. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, everything was super delicious and the staff was very friendly. The view was amazing (and we got to see fireworks as well). Breakfast is included and it is a buffet style. Lots of great options to choose from and everything tasted amazing. Would highly recommend this place.
