Lo más importante son sus impecables áreas verdes ya que desde el ingreso se es recibido por un ingreso amplio y empastado, más adentro se encuentra primero el área de terraza techada rusticamente con tejas y dada su ubicación dentro del lugar permite durante todo el día que se mantenga fresco. El área principal puede albergar fácilmente 150 personas más el área comunicada alrededor de la finca puede albergar fácilmente otras 200 personas. También cuenta con una amplia barra y área para servir comida independiente ( yo la conocí en la despedida de sexto de mi hijo, en donde se sirvió taquiza muy cómodamente), además cuenta con cancha de básquetbol en donde no perdimos oportunidad de jugar una cascarita y otra cancha de fútbol. Cuenta con una amplia área de estacionamiento en la cuál la mayoría de los invitados pudimos estacionarnos en la sombra del área de pinos que se encuentra dentro del lugar.
