★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms got big insects in the web said that got room service an restaurant but never works even if you bought your own food its hard that they let you safe you cant use microwave never got hot water and even if you said im receptio that change the tower they dont do it so you have to repeat you dont got wi fi in the rooms doesnt matter the time you gonna stay there only give you shampoo and soap ones if you only gonna use the room fot sleep its okai but if you want the hotel for stay and dont get out please dont choice this hotel hostal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rustic but pleasant. A little out of the way from the downtown core so count on walking a fair way or taking a taxi. No lunch or dinner served at restaurant, only breakfast. No beverages by the pool. Only for the budget conscious.

Everything the smell in the room, gaps where the mosquitoes can get in but when I made aware the receptionist , his answer was 'they are in there environment' ...I was sock they don't even bother to prevent mosquitos in the rooms . The pool was durty.There was no sheet between the one that cover de mattress and the smelling blanket on top . It was 1 night but couldn't wait to leave this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! I have come here every year on vacation and never once had an issue. Even requested a certain room without a reservation and was granted. Although they do recommend reservations.
Basic room, palapa style, private bathroom/shower, covered deck, hammock, pool that is very clean, bar on site with full restaurant. Outside the inner city so not as much noise. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to the place at about 4pm, and "the room wasn't ready because they had a lot of checkouts that day" The lady in charge told me that I could either wait for another hour so they could get it ready, or to call so I could get a refund (she insisted that it was ok and that people did it all the time, so i took her word for it) I was tired and hungry so we left. Booked at another hotel, checked in, and then called the third party app so I could proceed with the cancelation.. long story short, they never gave me the refund. A rip off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladies and gentle this is my first and probably the only review I’ll ever leave in reference to a place I visited. Absolutely horrendous in every way shape or form. It’s worth spending the extra cash but getting something worthwhile. Best way to explain this place is the ghetto in the jungle. ps JetBlue vacation package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally recommend, is close to the center but far enough to don’t have all the noice, Family taking care of it is super nice and welcoming, they help you with anything.
Beds are SUPER comfy! The hut is spacious and nice, with terrace! Seems a little outdated… as if it was the place to be once upon a time but not anymore… but i really enjoyed the quiet, looks like if you are in a jungle! Gracias !
