I recently signed up because I wanted to start a healthier routine, I had never been in a gym, I asked all about schedules and instructors, (because as I am inexperienced I need guidance). But I got a tremendous surprise when I started to go, it turns out that in the morning there is no instructor, first they told me that he was injured but that he would return on Monday, I asked about his schedule and they confirmed that he was there early, but I have already been two weeks and it turns out that there is never an early instructor. I feel that it is important to have someone to guide you and monitor you if you do a wrong exercise or use a wrong device, to avoid injury. The truth is, I am disappointed because I feel that I was ripped off, in addition, several devices although if they work they are in bad condition, although the girls in the morning are good vibes, the rest of the place leaves much to be desired ...
