★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En febrero del 2022 compre un Jimny en la agencia de Saltillo, Coahuila. La unidad se me vendió como nueva, sin embargo, a los 3 días de que se entregó la unidad presento fallas en la transmisión. Duraron 3 meses para repararla y entregármela. Al momento de la entrega, se le escuchaba un ruido. Me convencieron de que era un ruido normal por el clima y que se le quitaría. A los días el ruido aumento y empezó a fallar la batería al punto de que ya no lo podíamos encender. ¡Al parecer, Suzuki me vendió una unidad usada o con defectos de fabrica que hicieron pasar por nueva! Hasta el momento no me han podido dar solución. El gerente de la agencia Suzuki Saltillo se niega a hablar conmigo y la unidad sigue en el taller. Tengo 5 meses que la compre y solo 1 semana la he podido usar mientras sigo haciendo pagos al banco. No voy a generalizar, pero definitivamente Suzuki Saltillo tiene el peor servicio al cliente, te mienten, te venden unidades usadas o defectuosas y se niegan a dar la cara para solucionar el problema. ¡Jamás vuelvo a comprar un auto Suzuki y menos en Saltillo! ¡Son unos estafadores!
In February 2022 I bought a Jimny at the agency in Saltillo, Coahuila. The unit was sold to me as new, however, 3 days after the unit was delivered, it presented transmission failure. They took 3 months to repair it and deliver it to me. At the time of delivery, a noise could be heard. They convinced me that it was a normal noise due to the weather and that it would go away. A few days later the noise increased and the battery began to fail to the point that we could no longer turn it on. Apparently Suzuki sold me a used or defective unit that they passed off as new! So far they haven't been able to give me a solution. The manager of the Suzuki Saltillo agency refuses to talk to me and the unit is still in the shop. I have bought it for 5 months and I have only been able to use it for 1 week while I continue making payments to the bank. I'm not going to generalize, but Suzuki Saltillo definitely has the worst customer service, they lie to you, sell you used or defective units and refuse to come forward to fix the problem. I will never buy a Suzuki car again and less in Saltillo! They are scammers!
