Lo malo es que yo tuve que echar 2 vueltas desde Montemorelos hasta Monterrey por qué me decían que ya estaba. Cuando iba le encontraba detalles estéticos que obviamente a simple vista se ve que no están bien puestos o bien ajustados. Qué pedo, quién supervisa que el carro salga como debe de salir???? Control de calidad señores!
Well the good thing is that they have original parts.
The bad thing is that I had to take 2 laps from Montemorelos to Monterrey because they told me that it was already there. When I went I found aesthetic details that obviously at first glance are not well placed or well adjusted. What fart, who supervises that the car comes out as it should go ???? Quality control gentlemen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido 3 experiencias en este lugar. Dos buenas y una relativamente mala. Esta sencillo dejar un carro/camioneta a revisión pero el seguimiento es lo complicado. Mínimo 2 semanas en que este aun que sea algo mínimo. Varios pasos burocráticos.
I have had 3 experiences at this place. Two good and one relatively bad. It's easy to leave a car/truck for inspection, but tracking is the complicated part. Minimum 2 weeks in which this even if it is something minimal. Several bureaucratic steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a que me cambiaran una puerta lateral por choque a mi auto ya que es nuevo porque me dijeron que requería el cambio completo. Solo me cambiaron el "lienzo" que no es sino la lámina exterior y además me le pusieron empaques picados por desarmador al tratar de instalarlos en las ventanas. Vidrio manchado de pintura. Fuí ahí por asegurar la calidad y ahora estoy esperando que al menos me cambien el empaque picado por ellos mismos. Finalmente sí me lo cambiaron, debo decir que la atención del Sr. Juan Carlos fue muy buena, atento, servicial y con ganas de resolver, es con lo que me quedo.
I went to have a side door replaced due to collision on my car since it is new because they told me that it required the complete change. They only changed the "canvas" which is nothing but the outer sheet and they also put gaskets on it that were chipped by a screwdriver when trying to install them on the windows. Paint stained glass. I went there to ensure quality and now I'm waiting for them to at least change the minced packaging for me. Finally they did change it for me, I must say that the attention of Mr. Juan Carlos was very good, attentive, helpful and eager to resolve, it is what I am left with.
