★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de su trabajador "Mario Gravilla", no sabe lo que es ser educado, me colgó el teléfono, se negó a darme su nombre, fue muy grosero y déspota al pedirle información sobre el estado del servicio, para la segunda llamada me respondió un operador de nombre Ramses, el fue el que me proporcionó el nombre, a lo mejor el resto hacen bien su chamba, pero gracias a ese pretexto de individuo toda la empresa perdió su imagen
Si tienen opción de contratar a otro proveedor se los recomiendo, evítense el coraje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuanto a tiempo de espera, más de 2 horas cuando estábamos a 20 min. de distancia e increíble que en oficina no puedan dar razón si la unidad ya está en camino, fue desesperante. Cuando llegó el operador de la grúa me dijo que a él apenas hacía 30 min. que le habían avisado del servicio.
Terrible service in terms of waiting time, more than 2 hours when we were 20 min. away and incredible that the office cannot give a reason if the unit is already on the way, it was exasperating. When the crane operator arrived, he told me that it had barely been 30 minutes. that they had notified him of the service.
