Pésimo servicio, si tienen otra opción, mejor! pero eviten a a toda costa comprar con ellos. Me llevé el susto de mi vida y mi compra fue una muy mala experiencia, el día 30 de Julio realice una compra de paneles solares por un precio bastante elevando (estuve ahorrando algún tiempo para hacer esta compra) Pagué EN SU TIENDA con SU TERMINAL y me dieron fecha de entrega para el día siguiente, para lo cual ya había pagado personal para que acudiera a mi casa a hacer la instalación, Ellos comenzaron a retrasarse hasta dos veces dando excusas como que tenían problemas con el trasporte hasta que una tercera vez me dijeron que no me iban a entregar nada porque el dinero que ellos cobraron con su terminal no había caído a su cuenta y que no me iban a entregar nada hasta que el dinero se viera reflejado en su cuenta, llamé a la gerente a que me diera una explicación y de manera poco profesional y grosera me dijo lo mismo de que ellos no tenían el dinero y que le hiciera como quisiera, le dije que la iba a reportar a profeco y se burló de mi diciéndome que hiciera lo que quisiera pero que no me iban a dar nada y que en profeco solo iba a perder mi tiempo porque me iban a tener dando vueltas y que de todos modos no le iban a cerrar su negocio por una persona como yo, así me estuve peleando hasta ayer 8 de agosto, fui a la profeco y me dijeron que esta tienda tiene muchos problemas así y que con mis notas y recibos ellos estaban obligados a entregarme mi producto, cuando por alguna razón me llamaron para decirme que habían decidido finalmente entregarme mis paneles pero que debía estar en mi casa a tal hora y yo personalmente, cuando me los entregaron la persona que los transportaba tenía la orden de que yo firmara de recibido antes de si quiera enseñarme la mercancia, a lo que me negué, insistió mucho que ese era el protocolo que firmara antes de si quiera ver los paneles, finalmente accedieron a entregármelos para después firmar y para cerrar todo esto me dijeron que quería una copia de mi identificación con todos mis datos a esto también me negué ¿para qué quería mis datos?. En fin no lo recomiendo

Es el peor servicio que he recibido por parte de un proveedor, aléjense de esta pseudo empresa! Contratamos sus servicios para que nos asesoren y de forma conjunta hiciéramos una alberca desde 0 se les dio el anticipo de todo lo que pidieron y les dimos todas las facilidades que solicitaron. Al casi terminar la alberca oh sorpresa! Todo está mal!, llevamos a un verdadero profesional y encontró un montón de priblemas! Pusieron tubería incorrecta, los equipos están instalados de manera errónea, hay filtraciones hacia el cuarto de máquinas lo que supondrá rehacer algunas partes de la alberca. El personal que trabaja para esta empresa es nefasto, no les importa que quede todo mal, sucio o mal instalado, se lavan las manos y no dan la cara. No compren ni contraten los servicios de esta tienducha! No me sorprende que la única otra opinión sea igual de mala!
