La vendedora me aseguró que dando mi pago inicial y un pequeño enganche, me entregaría la unidad. Pasados tres meses donde me trajeron con puras excusas, resultó que la vendedora dejó de trabajar en la sucursal, y nadie me podía resolver mi situación. Concluyeron diciéndome que tenía que pagar hasta la mensualidad 9 para poder entregarme la unidad. Cuando llegué al pago de ese mes me comunicaron que NO era apta para el crédito, que tenía que escoger una unidad mas barata; Realicé el cambio de unidad (obviamente me cobraron una penalización -$ 1,700). Después de unos días me comentaron que tenía que pagar un GPS ( otros $ 1,800). Después de este pago, me dijeron que ya estaba mi unidad, y al realizar el pago de la siguiente mensualidad me entero que tengo un cargo por $ 1,800 mas extras de mi mensualidad y me comentan que es un concepto que debo de pagar durante todo el tiempo del crédito. Solicité mi cancelación y de poco mas $ 75,000 que aporté durante este tiempo, solo me quieren regresar $ 24,000. Fuí a PROFECO, y me comentan que esta empresa tiene infinidad de quejas, y que viven de este tipo de situaciones, se quedan con el dinero que ya no nos regresan. Su giro en realidad no es el autofinanciamento, si no el engaño. No adquieran nada que NO lean, y verifiquen que todo esté por escrito y que esté comprendido antes.
