y	yael godinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetaron la hora la cual me agendaron, me atendieron una hora después y aún después de pasarme al consultorio me hicieron esperar al técnico acostada boca arriba con un embarazo de 31 semanas. Me dicen que al día sig. Por la tarde me envían resultados, agendo mi cita para el 3r día con ginecólogo y resulta que no me envían los resultados al día siguiente en la tarde 6 ni en la noche, poniendo de pretexto al tercer día que el técnico se enfermo pero que ya hoy (de un di a otro) está recuperado y en la tarde me enviarían resultados, habiendo ya yo perdido mi cita médica, porque necesito los resultados. No tienen respeto por el tiempo del cliente/paciente. They did not respect the time they scheduled me, they attended me an hour later and even after going to the office they made me wait for the technician lying on my back with a 31-week pregnancy. They tell me that the next day. In the afternoon they send me the results, I schedule my appointment for the 3rd day with the gynecologist and it turns out that they don't send me the results the next day in the afternoon 6 or at night, using the third day as an excuse that the technician got sick but that today (from one day to the next) he is recovered and in the afternoon they would send me the results, having already missed my medical appointment, because I need the results. They have no respect for client/patient time.

Very professional and quick work. Left the office with my x-rays in ten minutes and at an extremely reasonable price. Saved tons of money over going to St. Javier Hospital!

Top of the line equipment, and sparkling office... there was a woman moping the already-pristine floor as I sat in the waiting room. There was a very nice hostess that greeted me and got me started at the front desk, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. My mammogram technician, Julia, was as very friendly and professional as could be; she took a lot of time with me, and made me feel at ease. When I was finished with the scan, she told me my results would be ready in 30 minutes, however it only took about 8 minutes. I would definitely return.

My experience wasn’t too great either with scheduling an appointment: I made an appointment by WhatsApp. When I call the next day to be sure the appointment was made, there was no appointment.. so I made a new appointment. When I called the next day, it was still scheduled. So for visitors I would recommend to double check your appointment, and for the clinic I would recommend to have a better routine for saving appointments. After having said that: the service in the clinic was great. My appointment was at 10am, and the service started at 10am. The staff was very helpful. A lady named Sandra was taking care of me like an aunt. It felt very welcoming. The tests went smooth and the equipment that is used seems modern. The procedures are in Spanish and a some of the staff speak also English.
D	Dale Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a medical diagnostic's facility equipped with the latest technology in examination of virtually anything that needs to be examined on the body. It is staffed by doctors specializing in specific Heath conditions. One of the very few facilities of it's kind in Mexico. Appointments are required and a referral for any test is recommended from a physician. Most insurance plans are accepted. The staff if friendly, efficient and highly trained in their field. Once the tests are completed the results are delivered to the treating physician or a specialist for follow-up. The facility is not a hospital or where one would go for treatment other than comprehensive testing.
