★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde finales de Junio pasado se llevaron unas pipetas a calibrar con la promesa de regresarlas a los pocos días aun cuando no metieramos el pedido por cuestiones administrativas, hoy casi dos meses después no tenemos nuestro material, no cotización ni respuesta de la persona que lleva nuestro servicio, el último mensaje que tuvimos de él fue la semana antepasada con la promesa de enviar la cotización y venir a los pocos días. Cosa que no cumplió. Cuidado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy el abogado de la empresa Servicios Clínicos Especializados IM quienes desde el mes de enero del presente año dieron un anticipo a la empresa Grupo Dinelab, S. A. de C. V. para la adquisición de unos materiales que les fueron ofrecidos por dicha empresa, sin que hasta la fecha hayan hecho la devolución de dicho anticipo ni la entrega de los materiales a pesar que en diversas ocasiones me he entrevistado con el Sr. Claudio Arcos quien funge como propietario de la empresa Grupo Dinelab para que de cumplimiento a la entrega de los materiales o la devolución del anticipo pero lo único que he obtenido son evasivas por parte de dicha persona.
Lo anterior lo hago manifiesto para que no se dejen sorprender por esta empresa que lo único a lo que se dedica es de llevar a cabo acciones fraudulentas y como se puede ver no es el único caso ya que varias personas han sido sorprendidas por el sr. Claudio Arcos quien no es apaz de dar la cara ni de contestar mis llamadas.
I am the lawyer of the company Servicios Clínicos Especializados IM who, since January of this year, gave an advance to the company Grupo Dinelab, SA de CV for the acquisition of some materials that were offered by said company, without having to date have made the return of said advance or the delivery of the materials despite the fact that on several occasions I have interviewed Mr. Claudio Arcos who acts as the owner of the company Grupo Dinelab so that he can comply with the delivery of the materials or the return of the advance but the only thing I have obtained are evasions on the part of said person.
I make it clear so that you are not surprised by this company that the only thing it does is carry out fraudulent actions and as you can see it is not the only case since several people have been surprised by mr. Claudio Arcos who is not capable of showing his face or answering my calls.
