★ ★ ★ ★ ★ su estúpida línea no sirve,dan una dirección de Queretyaro y un teléfono de puebla, dan opciones en su menú y al digitar la extencion se corta la llamada.
Their stupid line does not work, they give a Queretyaro address and a town phone, they give options in their menu and when they call the extension the call is cut.

Gema y Ernesto trabajadores de la paquetería quedaron en apoyarme con mi paquete y tuve que ir por el a las oficinas, porque no encuentran la dirección, no llaman para preguntar ni avisar. Y llegando a sus oficinas el sábado me dicen que como ya les expliqué como llegar a mi domicilio me lo pueden llevar el lunes. Es enserio? Hay gente que no le gusta hacer su trabajo pero aquí estoy confundida no sé si son torpes o no quieren trabajar !NUNCA VUELVO A ENVIAR NADA CON USTEDES! PESIMO ES POCO
Pity service I put a star because there is no less. Gema and Ernesto parcel workers agreed to support me with my package and I had to go to the offices because they can't find the address, they don't call to ask or let me know. And arriving at their offices on Saturday they tell me that as I explained to them how to get to my home they can take it to me on Monday. Is seriously? There are people who do not like to do their job but here I am confused I do not know if they are clumsy or do not want to work! I WILL NEVER SEND ANYTHING WITH YOU! PESIMO IS LITTLE
