Cajeros groseros, sobre todo mujeres, sin ninguna noción de servicio a cliente y mucho menos satisfacen las necesidades de los mismos, ya que quieren imponer las cantidades a comprar, así como la falta de educación y para cerrar con broche de oro, sólo abren una caja y nadie hace nada para mejorar y agilizar el cobro!!!
Excellent prices, but poor hygiene in store and staff. Rude cashiers, especially women, without any notion of customer service and much less satisfy their needs, since they want to impose the amounts to buy, as well as the lack of education and to close with a flourish, they only open one box and nobody does anything to improve and expedite the collection !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas las sucursales de la Guadalupana esta es la peor, el personal es sumamente indiferente, para todo te ponen caras como si te hicieran el favor de abrir para que puedas ir a comprar, es frustrante porque normalmente es una empresa que maneja buenos precios, pero aquí es un verdadero rollo poder encontrar varios productos, principalmente en la farmacia. Es triste que no sean capaces de ocupar bien una terminal bancaria o que te pidan cosas como tu firma electrónica porque no te quieren dar la terminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saludos. Desde puebla. Esta tienda tiene precios inigulables . El problema es su personal , no tienen la mas mínima idea de lo que es servicio y atención al cliente. Me refiero a la tienda de Puebla . Mi queja estén especial para una cajera cuyo gafete dice LIZ . es de aspecto sucio y desaliñado, es majadera grosera y contesta de una forma muy horrible todo el tiempo esta de mala cara y eso da mal aspecto al lugar. Echa a perder mi día. Ya a habido varias quejas de esta persona y no han hecho nada. Por el bien de la tienda hagan algo. Gracias espero tomen en cuenta mi comentario.
