★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de ayer a depositar para evitar filas y no servía el cajero( rara vez funciona) y hoy fui a temprano a caja y encima la cajera me estafa con 5 mil pesos.. le reclamo y no quizo hacer arqueo de caja. No confío en este banco.

Lo peor, se escucha como dentro de la sucursal están todos platicando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Solo por no ser miembro de ese banco pasaron como 8 personas primero que yo siendo que yo llegue primero. Su sistema de fichas es horrible. Se supone que solo es una caja preferente no todas. De algo que en otra sucursal a lo mucho me lleva 10 minutos ahí hice casi 40 solo esperando. No vuelvo.
Lousy service ... just not be a member of that bank passed as 8 people first being that I come first. Your token system is horrible. It is supposed to be just a box preferably not all. Something that in another branch to how much it takes me 10 minutes there did almost 40 just waiting. I do not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, 2 horas de espera para abrir un cuenta de ahorros básica, y me obligan a pagar un seguro por blindaje de la cuenta por 2,700 aparte los 5,000 pesos para saldo de la cuenta y los reporte ala condusef por que no es obligatorio pagar ese seguro que abusivos ejecutivos
