★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena sucursal, siempre hay un empleado que te ayuda a realizar tu trámite lo único malo que le veo es que el estacionamiento si muy pequeño y con la avenida se hace mucho problema .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan la información correcta y por consiguiente hacen perder el tiempo a uno, acudí a la sucursal para activar una promoción que me llego y me explicaran en que consistía, pregunte específicamente si tenía que abrir una cuenta con ellos (llevaba todos los documentos necesarios en ese momento) y me dijeron que no, ademas que tenía que hacer el trámite desde mi casa u oficina, que en el banco no se podía hacer. Cuando llame desde la oficina me dijeron que tenía que abrir una cuenta de cheques con Banorte y que incluso desde la sucursal del banco podía haber hecho ese trámite (activar la promoción).
Cabe hacer notar que en la promoción escrita que me llego, dice que en caso de que no tenga cuenta se puede presentar uno directamente en caja y obtener esa promoción, que no es necesario abrir cuenta de cheques, es decir, que aunque el banco mande algo por escrito esto no se respeta. Obviamente llame a la sucursal pero se hechan la bolita diciendo que ellos no dieron esa información. Banco piojo!! bueno, quizá no el banco!!
They do not give the correct information and therefore waste one's time, I went to the branch to activate a promotion that came to me and they would explain what it consisted of, ask specifically if I had to open an account with them (I had all the necessary documents in that moment) and they told me no, besides that I had to do the procedure from my home or office, which could not be done at the bank. When I called from the office they told me that I had to open a checking account with Banorte and that even from the bank branch I could have done this procedure (activate the promotion).
It should be noted that in the written promotion that I received, it says that if you do not have an account, you can present one directly at the cashier and obtain that promotion, that it is not necessary to open a checking account, that is, even if the bank sends something in writing this is not respected. Obviously call the branch but they get the ball saying that they did not give that information. Louse bank !! well, maybe not the bank !!

Long lines for procedures that you cannot do over the phone, few executives attending, the pretext is the contingency to give bad service. Consider two hours in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero está muy bien al igual que la sucursal en general. Su ubicación es accesible y los empleados siempre están en disposición de orientarte si tienes alguna duda. Los cajeros bien, a veces lentos pero eso sucede en todos los cajeros Banorte. No cuenta con estacionamiento por lo que si es una hora concurrida será difícil estacionarse. Por la noche está demasiado oscuro, podrían añadir iluminación. Fuera de eso todo bien.
The ATM is very good as is the branch in general. Its location is accessible and the employees are always available to guide you if you have any questions. The ATMs are fine, sometimes slow, but that happens in all Banorte ATMs. It does not have parking so if it is a busy time it will be difficult to park. At night it is too dark, they could add lighting. Outside of that all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena ver cómo los empleados de esta y otras sucursales niegan las promociones a los clientes. Se supone que son para uno, sin embargo por muy poco se dan a conocer.
It's a shame to see how employees at this and other branches deny promotions to customers. They are supposed to be for one, however, they are barely made known.
