Hoy fui a hacer un depósito para poder después hacer una transferencia bancaria por mi renta. La señorita del primer escritorio me dijo que ya todo es digital. ( le contesté que tengo problemas con la app, pero me urge depositar). Me contestó que ya es ley de los bancos, que no se puede transferir de ventanilla....y sin más me dijo con tono burlón......hasta luego
Terrible service attention.
