 I was about to open an account at this branch but after the pessimistic treatment of the staff I don't think it's such a good idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, en cuánto entras a preguntar te sacan a la entrada a que te formes en un fila que no existe sin embargo atiende a todos los demás que supongo conoce, yo soy cliente Banorte pero creo por lo menos deberían de ser amables principalmente un señor de lentes que está entrando.
The service is bad, as soon as you enter to ask, they take you out at the entrance to you to form in a line that does not exist however it caters to all the others that I suppose you know, I am a Banorte client but I think at least they should be friendly mainly a man of glasses who is entering.

Bad attention ... I wanted to withdraw money at the cardless window and they would not let me .... and I asked the manager for support and it did not help me to register for my online banking application ..

They are crap, they close 20 min before the hour. And the guards believe they are the owners of the bank dirt. I hope I don't have the need to go again. They are arrogant and arrogant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita de la entrada es una grosera. Le iba a poner 3 estrellas por el hecho de que esperas más de una hora pero, no 1 porque su personal es un asco. De verdad, solo porque abre sábados, se usa ésta sucursal.
A ver si de tanto dinero que pasamos los cuentahabientes capacitan a la de la entrada y ponen más cajeros.
Pésimo servicio.
The lady at the entrance is rude. I was going to put 3 stars for the fact that you wait more than an hour but, not 1 because your staff is disgusting. Really, just because it opens Saturdays, this branch is used.
To see if of so much money that we spend the account holders train the one of the entrance and put more cashiers.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal de la sucursal, acudí el día jueves y "no tenían efectivo en la caja" me dijeron que el sábado abrían de 10 a 2, acudí el sábado a las 12:40 y se encontraba cerrado. Las instalaciones se encuentran descuidadas, sucias y al parecer el mal servicio es algo normal en esta sucursal, eviten este banco en la capacidad de lo posible.
Terrible service by the branch staff, I went on Thursday and "they had no cash in the box" they told me that on Saturday they were open from 10 to 2, I went on Saturday at 12:40 and it was closed. The facilities are neglected, dirty and apparently poor service is normal in this branch, avoid this bank as much as possible.
