★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el cliente está al último para las "trabajadoras" de esta sucursal! En hora pico prácticamente todas se van a comer y las que se quedan no paran de "chismear" entre ellas. Me la paso haciendo pagos en casi todos los bancos y está sucursal "peca" de terrible en calidad en el servicio al cliente, y nadie hace nada, NO HAY GERENTE (aparentemente).
Lousy service, the customer is up to date for the "workers" of this branch! In rush hour practically all of them are going to eat and those that remain do not stop "gossiping" between them. I spend making payments in almost all banks and this branch "freckles" of terrible quality in customer service, and nobody does anything, THERE IS NO MANAGER (apparently).

How disgusting to enter ATMs. They smell bad, they are full of papers and the glass doors all full of prints, nor because we are in contingency. Super sloppy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio para el que no es cliente. Quiero cobrar un cheque de Banorte, pero como no soy cliente del banco me han hecho esperar casi dos horas. HORRIBLE!
Horrible non-customer service. I want to cash a Banorte check, but since I am not a bank customer, they have made me wait for almost two hours. HORRIBLE!
