M	Marifer m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperamos una hora para que nos atiendan y luego no pudo resolver nuestra duda y tuvimos que esperar aun más y en vez de que nos tocará a nosotros pasaron a más gente, mal servicio. We waited an hour to be served and then could not resolve our doubts and we had to wait even longer and instead of being touched by us they passed more people, bad service.

Attention is good, however waiting times are too long and that only they can make deposits at the counter is pretty annoying.

Y si piensas cancelar alguna tarjeta prepárate para pasar todo el día en la sucursal (por supuesto MÁS trabas para los que quieren cancelar) y ni que se diga de la ineptitud del personal... The worst bank in Mexico. Locks for all your processes. A PESIMO shift management system as it will always make you wait for more. And if you plan to cancel a card, be prepared to spend the whole day at the branch (of course MORE obstacles for those who want to cancel) and not to mention the ineptitude of the staff ...

La atención en sucursal es muy lenta, con un tiempo de espera de 45 min. Promedio. Increíble. The worst bank in Mexico. Dirty and out-of-network ATMs most of the time when it is required. The service at the branch is very slow, with a waiting time of 45 min. Average. Amazing.

El hecho de que los cajeros ya no tengan la opción de depositar y que sólo se pueda hacer en ventanilla es realmente decepcionante. The attention is clear and good, however it is slow even when there are no people. The fact that ATMs no longer have the option to deposit and that it can only be done over the counter is really disappointing.
C	Chris Eidemiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the Banorte ATMs at this location!!! These ATMs make deliberate mistakes like not dispensing cash, and they charge out-of-country cards $30 usd for withdrawals.
