Tienen una pesima atención y la srita.Angélica Zetina es una persona que no atiende con respeto y de una manera grotesca da la atención y apresura a la gente para confundir .Les pido q dan su comentario y no permitan las den un mal trato todos merecemos respetó y ser atendidos con calidad busquen personal digno y con empatía.

Pésima atención, me tuvieron esperando como media hora y super groseros, en especial la ejecutiva gorda con lentes atendiendo a cualquiera sin ficha y yo q si traía no me resolvió nada y fue nefasta su actitud . Preferí moverme a otra sucursal,

No hice caso a las calificaciones que tiene este lugar y acudí tranquilamente a realizar un tramite muy sencillo y en mi experiencia solo puedo comentarles que... Efectivamente Apesta! :/

Pésima atención. Mientras esperaba la tipa del escritorio llamada "Fer" 8 estaba comiendo frituras é interrumpiendo al tipo del escritorio 6 para que le buscara los datos que no encontraba en el sistema. Desgraciadamente el de la 6 me "atendió" siendo interrumpido a cada rato por la tipa y por eso mismo a los 10 minutos de ser atendida por el tal Aron me salió con que mi domicilio no podría cambiarse por un dato que habría notado desde el principio si no fuera porque estaba distraído, después fue a buscar mi plástico y 7 minutos después me sale con que no me la puede dar porque mi firma no se parece y al reclamarle por el pésima servicio se puso grosero y me salió con qué sacara un nuevo INE para que la firma se pareciera y qué tengo 30 días para hacerlo. Es la tercera vez que acudo a esa sucursal a realizar esos trámites y siempre hay un pretexto nuevo para no realizarlos. Son nefastos.

Son buenas personas, pero están sobrepasados en esta sucursal. Normalmente te encontrarás filas kilómetricas, que no contestan el teléfono, o 1 solo cajero atendiendo (y fila obviamente larga). Ojala algún día mejore.
