Lo malo es el servicio de la banca en linea, ya que las compras con Targeta y los descuentos en creditos y pagos no se ven reflejados en el momento del d cuento sino al segundo o tercer día asiendo tu balance erróneo y te trae problemas al momento de organizar tus finanzas, deberían mejorar su banca en linea y sería los mejores

Not only are the employees rude and unprofessional, there are so many hoops to jump through that you end up feeling angry and frustrated. For example, your passport is not enough. You will also need a copy of the ID page of your passport, sometimes they will offer make a copy for you, other times they won’t offer to and will tell you you’re out of luck. Never the same response twice. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service I've ever seen!!! Sat for 1 hour waiting for it number to be called. Only 2 people working the windows with a room full of people waiting. Was needing to open an account, but it will never happen here.
Also there is ZERO order in which the numbers are called so you never know how far you are from being called.
