★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había quien nos ofreciera turno para pasar a ventanilla, pero sin ningún problema se pudo realizar desde el equipo touch, amable la señorita de cajas, mantenimiento adecuado, instalaciones limpias, y ejecutivo en cubículo 7, ofreció una buena atención (excelente), cajeros funcionando al 100, lo recomiendo, poca la afluencia de gente. Aquí puedes realizar tu pago de la SCT.

Les da coraje atender a los clientes y los hacen esperar “porque tienen otras cosa que hacer” como acomodar papeles de su escritorio; te mandan a solucionar tu problema vía telefónica (que uno ya conoce con instrucciones interminables y sin opción de contactar a un ser humano) que a su vez, si tienes la suerte de comunicarte, te manda a una sucursal para que arregles tu problema. Y uno que se la cree. Cambia de banco, porque de qué sirven tantas sucursales si solo tienen una cantaleta: “Acuda a la sucursal donde abrió su cuenta”.

La atención del banco también es muy rápida en realidad, los empleados son bastante amables y te orientan y guían ante cualquier imprevisto de manera muy atenta.
