★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicieron la instalación de las llantas de mi automovil, alineacion y balanceo de acuerdo a las especificaciones del fabricante y la verdad quedo bien alineado porque lo hicieron por computadora y el balanceo tambien quedo muy bien, y lo mejor es que si no te alcanza el efectivo te cobran con targeta de debito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es mucho para lo que se deja ver el servicio es de primera ?, tienen sistemas hidráulica en atención en los coches, tienen sistema de computadora para la alineación y el balanceo super maquina para eso. La atención de primera el costo super barato y lo mejor te explican todo.

Contaba con un amplio surtido en neumáticos y daban alternativas para optar entre varios modelos.
Te atendía un especialista y brindaba la información técnica de una manera personalizada.
Contaban con diversas opciones de pago y con tarjetas de crédito podrías diferir tus pagos desde 3 hasta 12 meses.
Ya, para estos días (Diciembre 2021), deja mucho que desear en lo que refiere a atención y empatía hacia los clientes.
Quedé decepcionado por la atención prestada para la cotización de neumáticos para mí vehículo; carente de empatía, displicencia a la hora de abordar al cliente y lo más preocupante, es que no cuentan con variedad de neumáticos.
Tienes que ir con mucho tiempo libre para encargar tus neumáticos, solamente te dan una o dos opciones para escoger, hay que dejar un anticipo y tú pedido de neumáticos te lo surten de 5 a 7 días.
Si pensabas en pagar con tarjeta de crédito y diferir tus pagos, esto ya no será posible.
Trate de adquirir mi juego completo de neumáticos pero con todas están negativas, todos estos inconvenientes y la atención prestada por este negocio, no me quedaron ganas de regresar.
Mi segunda estrella es únicamente porque mantienen precios competitivos, nada fuera de lo común.
