★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo dos meses aproximadamente queriendo que me devuelvan mis dividendos de mi seguro de vida y despues de cuatro intentos sigue rechazando mi solicitud y de la manera mas descortez y como ni es presencial hacen lo que quieren y solo cortan cualquier comunicacion

No tienen idea de lo que hacen, tardan años en responder, en general todo mal, quien lea esto no los contrate son de lo peor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contratas un seguro de gastos medicos y accidentes.. con gnp haz de cuenta que no tienes nada.. se deslindan de todo. primero te dan folio, numero de reporte etc como si todo marchara bien y de color de rosa, a la hora de pagar al hospital te mandan un correo donde tu tramite no es procedente, ¿pero que? como es posible que esto no se te notifique desde un princpio?
Justificacion; no contamos con informacion necesaria para emitir un dignaten.. pero que? ... Señor@s si quieren un seguro de gastos medios para su tranquilidad, gnp que sea el ultimo en su lista.. en vez de resolver, te da mas problemas..
you take out insurance for medical expenses and accidents... with gnp pretend that you have nothing... they disclaim everything. first they give you a folio, report number etc as if everything was going well and rosy, when you pay the hospital they send you an email where your procedure is not appropriate, but what? How is it possible that this is not notified to you from the beginning?
Justification; We do not have the necessary information to issue a dignaten... but what? ... Gentlemen, if you want an insurance of average expenses for your peace of mind, gnp that is the last on your list... instead of solving, it gives you more problems...
