Compré una casa en el fraccionamiento La Perla y tanto con el equipo comercial, los equipos administrativos como LA PERSONA DE POSVENTA, realmente recomiendo no comprar con ellos, todo es un problema y tienen una nula capacidad de resolución de problemas que ellos mismos generan. Estamos comprando en Terrassas en Guadalupe y la experiencia malisima todos los meses de pago tengo un problema compre en pre venta me han cambiado de casa 2 veces el trato con el vendedor fue malisimo y ahora que me pasaron a persona administrativa no saben ni lo que venden.. La búsqueda de soluciones ha sido cuesta arriba el atraso por parte de la constructora para la entrega cada día es mas larga primero la pandemia luego renuncia el arquitecto cada vez que voy los trabajadores están acostados en las construcciones y he ido en varios horarios. En fin si pueden evitar meterse en una problema mejor busquen otra constructora. En el mismo fraccionamiento tienen dos empresas una ya terminó las casas que no salen a la venta sino hasta enero 2021 y las casa que comenzaron en mayo todavía no están listas.
