★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean comfortable hotel makes for an unbeatable value. The entire staff is above and beyond. The restaurant is delicious and the full menu is available by room service. Loved our stay, would definitely come back. Pro tip, the suite upgrade is more than worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly stuff, but If you want quietness, do not stay on 4-6 floor. It's so noisy because of the ACs outside of the building . I stayed in room 410 and couldn't sleep at all, so first thing in the morning, I talked to the receptionist and gave me another room ?without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very neat and they have a good room service as well. The view was nice from my room. The breakfast spread is really good. Was there for 14 days and no complaints. Best location near to plaza del sol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast buffet is amazing. Pool area is calm, clean and inviting. Staff is cordial and very helpful. Service is fast. I travelled with my two year old, and he opened/unlock the door twice and left the room. The hotel needs to install door chains that can’t be reached by small children. Also, you will need to request a fridge to be taken to your room, we did not learn about this until check-out and we did not have a way to store our son’s milk. There is no microwave in rooms neither. Lastly, although the cleaningness and organization of the room was perfect, the carpet was pretty filthy. My son was without shoes the first day, and his socks ended up very dirty.
