★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por teléfono es pésimo, nomás porque no se puede poner 0 estrellas, hable 4 veces para cancelar y se hacen pen*:$&s y me dicen que no se ha metido ninguna solicitud de cancelación. Tal vez es mejor ir al centro de atención directamente y ahorrarse perdida de tiempo en el teléfono.
The service over the phone is terrible, just because you can't put 0 stars, I called 4 times to cancel and they made a pen *: $ & s and they told me that no cancellation request had been made. Maybe it's better to go to the spotlight directly and save yourself wasting time on the phone.
