★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena experiencia, fue nuestra primera vez que contratamos un paquete para un hotel todo incluido en nuevo vallarta, en esta agencia, el proceso fue rápido, creo la agencia como muchas otras tiene convenio con otra empresa más grande lo que permite tener ofertas competitivas, pero igualmente ellos prestan el servicio para aclarar cualquier duda y hacer las respectivas reservaciones, en nuestro caso la experiencia fue buena, el servicio lo brindo Valeria, quien siempre estuvo muy atenta y a disposición para cualquier duda o aclaración en todo el proceso, nos fuimos de viaje y no tuvimos problemas con la reservacion todo muy bien, solo un minidetallito con el acomodo de las habitaciones en el hotel pero eso fue más un error de nuestra parte al no hacer la aclaración, en fin agradecemos la atención y queda la puerta abierta a algún futuro viaje contratando en esta agencia.
 Good experience, it was our first time that we hired a package for an all-inclusive hotel in nuevo vallarta, in this agency, the process was fast, I believe the agency like many others has an agreement with another larger company which allows competitive offers, but They also provide the service to clarify any questions and make the respective reservations, in our case the experience was good, the service was provided by Valeria, who was always very attentive and available for any questions or clarification throughout the process, we went on a trip and we had no problems with the reservation, all very well, just a little detail with the accommodation of the rooms in the hotel but that was more a mistake on our part by not making the clarification, in short we appreciate the attention and the door is open to some future travel hiring in this agency.
