Tienen todos los equipos que puedas soñar para compalcer tus necesidades musicales, y aún más. Los precios son buenos, y la ubicación también. Únicamente el servicio a cliente y atención dejan mucho que desear.

Guitar Gear Mty is a really cool place to hang out. I went there for a quick stop to get some acoustic strings that I needed, but ended up staying because they had the pedal I have been looking for. I loved how they have a nice seating area where you can easily and comfortably try out their extensive collection of pedals. Which, by the way, is awesome! They have a ton of pedals at the store, and not only the normal stuff that you could find in any store, but a lot of boutique pedals as well. If you are a guitarist in Monterrey, a trip to Guitar Gear is a no brainer! Specially if you are deep into pedals. They even gave me a couple of stickers that I already stick to my case.

To:  Anibal Resendez and Guitar Gear I am writing to let you know that I am giving your company a six star rating (yes, I know that normally the best rating is a five, but you exceed the best!) Anibal, you could teach a course in Customer Service to people who operate companies.  He relentlessly searched for answers to a problem that I believed came from a guitar and/or amplifier purchased through Guitar Gear.  After a month of shipping guitar and amp back and forth, we discovered that the problem was definitely coming from the electric in my home. Thank you, Anibal, for your professional and friendly attitude related to these frustrating matters.  You personally deserve SEVEN stars! I look forward to doing more business with you and Guitar Gear in the future!  Much thanks. Sincerely, Richard Feldman San Miguel de Allende

This place is not mobility friendly and they know it. I did get some help getting my walker down the seven steps. (Getting my walker up the steps was the easy part.) I specifically went there to buy 2 x .010 single strings. They have Elixir single strings but they didn't have any gauge that would work for me. I don't know how their prices compare in Mexico, but the price they wanted for a full set of Elixir strings was more than $20 USD. They were friendly enough. I got there pretty soon after they opened for the day and there was only one person there when I arrived. (Another a person arrived a little later.) He spoke English pretty well. They had a very good selection of Taylor acoustic guitars, some Gretch and Fender electric guitars along with a few other guitars and basses. Where they excel is in the selection of effects pedals. The place is well set up for trying out their guitar gear but as a general music store, it's very limited.
