★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desarrolladora Mar Mediterraneo filial de GVA, vende casas en Sendero del Parque, Puerto Vallarta, que supuestamente el precio incluye alberca, casa club , pista y barda en coto privado, lo anterior es FALSO. Después de 5 años, la inmobiliaria NO ha cumplido ninguna de sus promesas.
No compren casas con esa desarrolladora es una cueva de ladrones.

Las oficinas aquí sólo atienden a los dos desarrollos Sendero de Luna y Senderos del Parque. Éste último a medio construir aún.
Sendero de Luna con más de 10 años de sus inicios, no cumplió con el plan de desarrollo del fraccionamiento, ni realizaron todos los cotos ni mucho menos dotaron de la infraestructura prometida, como el centro comercial, el centro comunitario el parque para la iglesia y escuelas etcétera.
Hubo muchos problemas de calidad de instalaciones y de terminados, con problemas de servicio de agua, de fechas de entrega y modificación de lo prometido, sin embargo es un lugar agradable que se ha mantenido relativamente bien conservado y es un lugar tranquilo, seguro y limpio.
