The head coach Raulf as we call him, is super friendly and so helpful, service is his thing and he even helped us with tours on the lagoon and other stuff. You feel so welcomed when visiting this gym. The staff is great, the facilities are super cool and the equippment offers everything you need for a great work out. Besides that it's very priceworthy. You even get water and a towel with the fee! If you're visiting Bacalar and you're into fitness, you must visit Gym 7. All love. Best regards, Eva & Ulf

The facility is large and full of so many great machines, free weights, and has a large cardio area. It has everything you could need for your workouts! If you're looking for a gym in Bacalar this is definitely the one :)

M	M C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is ok to get you through a workout. Machines are a bit old but they still work (most of them). It’s hot in there as there is no AC - only a few fans that help a little. The dumbells don’t have any indication of the weight so you need to count the plates on them and compare them to find a matching pair. If you’re travelling and you just want to have a workout, it’s definitely a good option but it’s not the best gym out there. Entrance was 100 pesos. It includes a water bottle and a towel.

Gym 7 was easy to find with staff that were very helpful and accommodating to a senior citizen from Canada with limited knowledge of the Spanish language. The trainer was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend Gym 7 in Bacalar to all of my fellow travellers.

The owner is really nice and takes time to talk with customers if they want to. He is really passionate about his job. Great place, I recommend for sure!!

We paid 100 pesos per person for one time entree, including a fresh towel and a big bottle of cold water. This included all the facilities like locker, changing room and coaching if needed. Definitely recommend!
