★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar hermoso, para disfrutar en familia, el clima es maravilloso, si bien hace calor pero por las noches refresca y es inevitable no salir a caminar y gozar de esa maravilloso clima, a sus alrededores puedes gozar de infinidad de comida o mientras das un paseo puedes comerte un helado y luego sentarte en el parque y escuchar a las palomas o ver todas las montañas por las que esta rodeado Ciudad Mendoza.
It is a beautiful place, to enjoy with the family, the weather is wonderful, although it is hot but at night it cools and it is inevitable not to go for a walk and enjoy that wonderful climate, in its surroundings you can enjoy infinity of food or while you give a walk you can eat an ice cream and then sit in the park and listen to the pigeons or see all the mountains around which Ciudad Mendoza is surrounded.

Su estructura a sido modificada muy poco, conserva su originalidad, un 60 o/o. En la azotea de este edificio, fue instalada la primera antena, para aumentar la señal de televisión; antena que ignoro si aún se usa, pues la señal de televisión es más fuerte actualmente, complementada con señal de Cable.
