Mi favorito es el de fresa, es cremoso y no está tan empalagoso .
 It is one of those ice creams ideal for watching a romantic movie and eating spoonfuls.
My favorite is strawberry, it is creamy and not so cloying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado es muy bueno, variado, a buena temperatura y de apariencia excelente. Sin embargo, no puedo evitar pensar que hay mejores opciones a un precio mucho más moderado. Sé que es un producto premium, pero no encuentro qué lo hace así.
The ice cream is very good, varied, at a good temperature and with an excellent appearance. However, I can't help but think that there are better options at a much more moderate price. I know it is a premium product, but I can't find what makes it that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía mucha curiosidad de probar estos helados pues sus sabores son muy buenos, lastima que por la situación actual no te pueden dar degustaciones pues así es difícil. Los helados son buenos, la atención es buena aunque un poco regular y los precios los normales de esta marca sin embargo la construcción del local no está nada agradable, el aire acondicionado da directamente a la zona donde pides tu helado y está súper fuerte.
I was very curious to try these ice creams because their flavors are very good, it is a shame that due to the current situation they cannot give you tastings because it is difficult that way. The ice creams are good, the service is good although a bit regular and the prices are the normal ones for this brand, however the construction of the premises is not at all pleasant, the air conditioning directly faces the area where you order your ice cream and it is super strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima que no saque foto pero pedi un banana split me dieron dos bolas derretidas, a mi hija en un vasito de los más pequeños y las bolas derretidas; a mi esposa un vaso normal y derretida. Aparte de no ser del chocolate que pedimos, caros los helados para la calidad de servicio, la "gerente" que sirve los pedidos y cobra, déspota, malhumorada, desatenta, grosera y no es la primera ves, todas las veces que hemos consuamido el trato es igual, hasta a los meseros los trata igual y por los comentarios se ve que como dueño, responsable, gerente o el puesto que desempeñe en esta "empresa con todo y su altos estándares de calidad" no hace nada, teniendo una empleada así todo se va a la basura, trate de comer helado derretido en una caja de cartón como fue mi pedido (banana split) desagradable.
Too bad I didn't take a photo but I asked for a banana split they gave me two melted balls, my daughter in a small glass and the melted balls; to my wife a normal glass and melted. Apart from not being the chocolate we ordered, the ice creams expensive for the quality of service, the "manager" who serves the orders and charges, despot, grumpy, inattentive, rude and it is not the first time, all the times we have consumed the treatment is the same, even the waiters are treated the same and from the comments you can see that as the owner, manager, manager or the position you hold in this "company with everything and its high quality standards" you do nothing, having an employee like this it all goes to waste, try to eat melted ice cream in a cardboard box as was my order (banana split) nasty.
