Hacienda Del Angel - 27980 Parras de la Fuente

Esta bonito el hotel,el cuarto que nos tocó no tenía aire acondicionado,y no salió agua caliente o no se si prenden más tarde el boiler.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar en recepción muy amables y atentos

Instalaciones desordenadas, no se tuvo un descanso dado que en el mismo hotel permitieron reunión hasta las 4 AM. No sé tiene algún teléfono para atención a quejas.

Todo excelente desde la atención hasta la habitación muy linda y cómoda, al igual que la ubicación.

Excelente y céntrico hotel en Parras de la Fuente Coahuila, muy cerca de todo, super, bancos, peleterías, heladerias, etc, los dueños finísimas personas y muy cultas.

Very Good!!

This is a good example about why having little options and an abusive staff are a disaster formula. The hotel is mediocre for the price, no air conditioning nor parking (even though parking was noted as included on booking.com) yet you have to park in the street just in front of the hotel. The staff is not rude, but they ain't nice, they treat you like they're making you a favor for letting you stay at their overpriced hotel. The rooms are untidy, lack some of the lightbulbs that should be installed and feel like a health hazard, all the place feels old and the locks are falling apart, there also no phones to call the reception (or anywhere) and during the night there is no one in reception to help you with anything. Just a small dog who is curious and old, the guy does his job and comes to ask what are you doing... But just the dog. Parras is a beautiful town full with lively people, this hotel does not reflect any of this and have been an underwhelming experience.
