★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactamente es un fraude y todo el contrato tiene cláusulas obscuras, rebuscadas y los terrenos están a 1 km de la carretera no se puede entrar y es un basurero y no están regularizados. FRAUDE

Ofrecen entregártelo con documentos en regla pero al final en la cesión de derechos que ellos llaman contrato de compra vta. Quieren que les firmen con cláusulas dolosas y que tú pagarás por los trámites al final del proceso y uuuffff si se te ocurre darles algún anticipo prepárate a batallar para que te lo regresen ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️ no los recomiendo.
