A beautiful place to know could be better if authorities and the population collaborate, the hull of the hacienda is still preserved, the Clock Tower, the fountain is impressive as it can still be supported by simple wooden beams, you can close your eyes and simply imagine how it was in its peak years.

This hacienda is abandoned and is very old, it has a very cool view and is among Mayan communities in the region. It is a crossing point on the Mayab road, very beautiful and with great history.

A beautiful old abandoned haciendo located in the center of Uayalceh. Free to visit and a good place to bring your family. There are some shade trees which are nice for a picnic. I would recommend to not go inside any of the older abandoned buildings, as they are somewhat dangerous and be aware that the roofs could potentially collapse. However there is plenty to see outside and you can see most everything from peeking in the doorways.

Enchanting place where you can take your imagination into the past and an intriguing period in Mexican (and global) history. I was surprised by how well the tile floors have managed to weather time. A surprise - the bathrooms were small and they had bidets. When are Americans going to get on the bidet train?
